REFUND POLICY

Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards.

There will be a 15% fee on any returns or order cancelations, this includes orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and applies to orders from those who do not adhere to our Order Limits based on our item descriptions. This also applies to orders that are placed via botting or suspected botting activities to prevent others from having a fair chance. 

We will not refund any shipping costs paid, including shipping costs paid by us, after an item has been shipped. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of being delivered. There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.
