SHIPPING POLICY

All packages will ship within 3 business days of ordering. All preorder items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived to us. If your order contains a live inventory item and a preorder item then the live item may be refunded as these can not be on the same invoice a separate order must be placed. 

Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.

Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.

Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product, as intended by the manufactures, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Please be aware that damage to outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.

***LIVE OPENING SHIPPING OPTIONS: There are custom shipping options for Live Opening Orders. One of these is noted as "I Already Purchased Shipping Today." This is intended explicitly for the use of those who have placed more than 1 Live Opening order within our shipping timeframes (Stated in the paragraph below). Meaning they have already chosen a paid shipping option for the day and are going back in to purchase more while saving on duplicate shipping costs as we will combine their orders for their convenience.

OUR Shipping Timeline on LIVE OPENING Orders is as follows: Orders Monday-Wednesday are shipped together, and orders Thursday-Saturday are shipped together (no streams on Sunday). This means you will only have to pay shipping on your first LIVE OPENING Order Monday-Wednesday, and then again between Thursday-Saturday. 

If a customer uses the "I Already Purchase Shipping Today" option, even though they in fact did not already make a previous order in the same day with a paid shipping option, then we will send a friendly email reminding the customer to purchase an item with a paid shipping option within 24 hours. If an order with a paid shipping option is not made within 48 hours of the reminder email being sent, then Skiplup's Poke Shop will cancel your order with no refunds being allowed.

This option was introduced as a way to save shipping cost for customers who make multiple Live Opening orders during the a day/week, and is not intended to be abused or exploited.
